What if I'm not in when my order arrives? 

Royal Mail Tracked Service: You can track your order with your delivery number (you will have received an email or SMS with this) 

If you are not going to be in you can provide details of a safe place or neighbour to leave your order with here. If you're not in the postman attempts delivery and no safe place has been provide, they will leave a card with instructions on how to collect your parcel. 

DPD Recorded Next Day Delivery : You can track your order with your delivery number (you will have received an email or SMS with this)

If you are not going to be in you can provide details of a safe place or neighbour to leave your order with or change delivery day using the DPD delivery app.

If you are not in when the couriers attempt delivery and no safe place is provide, they will leave a card with instructions on what to do next. 

What if I haven't received part of my order? 

Get in touch with us and our team will be more than happy to help. 

Can I make changes to my order? 

Once an order has been placed and processed, we are unable to change it.
